City Port

I'm not going to start making this any sort of a partisan soapbox, because I despise government.
I'm sure you've heard the news officially or via the watercooler about the sale of major eastern seaboard ports to the United Arab Emirates.

Whether you're Republican, Democrat or anarchist, this is just plain fuckwittery.

I'm not going to debate whether it's right or wrong, but here's an interesting experiment.

Go to Google, and type in the word "failure". Then, hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button.

Take a look and see what biography shows up on the page...

Dark and Metric

This is so cool!

I know that it's still in it's pre-production, but I found some very cool news of a sequel that I'm actually looking forward to seeing (how often can you say that nowadays?).

It appears that Disney/Henson is going to be making a sequel to The Dark Crystal!!

They are going to use puppets again, and this time they'll be in a CG background world.

To add to the coolness quotient, we get Genndy Tartakovsky directing. For those of you unfamiliar, he's the creator of Samurai Jack & the Clone Wars cartoons. I think that it's an excellent choice, and I can't wait to see what they come up with. I'll be anxiously awaiting early images from this one.
